HAPPY EASTER

Hopelijk heeft iedereen de paasbrunches en bergen paaseitjes overleefd en konden jullie vanochtend allemaal weer fris en fruitig aan de tweede ronde beginnen. Ik heb in ieder geval een prima paasweekend gehad! Voor mijn vader is het als dominee topdrukte tijdens de feestdagen, maar gelukkig hebben we wel gezellig gegeten met het hele gezin. Mijn opa en oma kwamen ook en 's middags  zijn we lekker naar buiten gegaan om te wandelen. Mijn zusje en ik besloten om onze boards mee te nemen en het was zó fijn in het zonnetje. Uiteraard had onze witte hond het zo naar zijn zin buiten dat hij besloot om in een moddersloot te springen zodat we hem eerst onder de tuinslang moesten zetten voor zijn vacht überhaupt weer in de búúrt kwam wit, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

Vandaag ga ik mezelf maar weer eens verdrinken in quick ratio's, solvabiliteitskengetallen en cashflows. Morgen heb ik een herkansing van M&O en het is in één woord ver-schrik-ke-lijk. Help.

Cell divisions, casseroles and clothes

Heyhey! I'm finally home and so tired from this day, i'm writing this post while i'm laying on the couch, in front of the fire. This morning, at 7 AM, mom and i where already driving to Antwerp. We first visited the University and after that, i was so overwhelmed because of all the information and it felt just like someone ran into me by bus. It's my dream to study veterinary science but after this information tour, i know it's gonna be very tough to succeed. Although it's gonna be difficult, i definitly want to try: cause there's no harm in trying, right?!
After the University, we wanted to walk around in the city but since it was freezing cold and snowing, we decided to limit ourselves to the shopping street (which is definitly not a problem). And since we were very hungry, we had a typical Belgian meal, with casserole and fries in a small restaurant: Pascalino. I'll show you my purchases another time but i think Forever21 is really happy with me as a customer... Well, i'm gonna dream about cell divisions, casseroles and clothes!  Have a good night my dears. x

Sisterly love

Holaaa, how was your day? Sis and i where home alone so we decided to make a nice afternoon tea with pancakes, omelet, chocolat chip cookies, chips and chocolat eggs! ♥ And the best part: sis and i didn't argue at all (which is kind of a record for us). Most of the time, we have our little, useless arguments but hey, that's where sisters are for! This huge red sweater is my mothers old student's union sweater, not very charming but perfect for hanging around in the house. But i have to hurry with my homework because today is matchday! We are playing our first fieldhockeymatch with the schoolteam tonight. It's only a practice match but still, wish me luck!

Stay the night with grandma and grandpa

Hello from Nieuw-Lekkerland! Little sis and i arrived this morning at our grandparents house. Such a long time ago i stay the night here. Good to be back and away from all the fuss at school and get some rest. After all, that's why they call it vacation right?☺We did some foodshopping with grandpa (who really likes cookies), so i think i'm good for the rest of the days. Grandma is indulging us and we are playing old school boardgames. I have to say, they are actually really hip, they have cellphones, computers and even a tablet, but right now, grandma is teaching me how to knit. We are just practicing, but i saw some awesome DIY patterns on the internet and i definitely want to try them out! Think i'm gonna treat myself with a hot, foaming bath this evening. ♥ Since we moved, we don't have a bath anymore...
Tomorrow is gonna be fun, we are going to The Hague and Scheveningen. I've been there a few times (even with a sailboat), but it's always nice to go a day out with my grandparents.
Well, i have to go, i'm sooo gonna beat them with goose board!

No better way to start spring break...

...  than with food, friends and family! Goodmorning y'all, i woke up this morning with the awesome feeling that i have nothing to do and don't have to study. Can't be better! Spring break has started and we celebrated it yesterday with a family dinner. I looooove sushi! Sadly, i'm the only one in the family so we don't eat it very often. And the dessert, oooh it was so delicious. Chocolate fountains, fresh fruit, ice cream, pancakes and so much more. Feels like heaven! ♥ Enough about the food, i still don't get how i stay slim with my eating habits...  

Just made an appointment with the hairdresser to cut my hair this afternoon. (You can read more about it here). It's really gonna happen, and i'm a little bit scared. I'm thinking of a haircut like Jessica Stroup's in 90210, what do you think? Hope they don't shave me bold accidentally....
Time to get dressed and go to the hairdresser. Fingers crossed!  

Lazy Sunday

Hi! Last sunday was a typical lazy sunday. Nothing to do and besides, I was grounded... L So I stayed in my room most of the day, to watch series, do some reading and clean up. Luckily, I have two lovely sisters who came to join me, so as a matter of fact, it was really nice.
